Raga D'silva
Founder/ Managing Partner

Mumbai born and now London based, Raga D'silva the founder of RHM Global has led the company into a leading international speakers bureau, corporate speaker marketing and personal branding agency within 8 years. With focus in India, Raga’s vision of sharing knowledge through thought leaders, industry experts, game changers, motivational and inspirational speakers is taking shape on a day-by-day basis. Having worked with top management speakers such as Deepak Chopra, Edward de Bono, Stephen Covey, Tom Peters across many geographies and creating new cutting-edge platforms and formats, and creating personal brands has been the highlight of the business.


Raga believes life is an amazing book - with chapters that represent facets of us. With over 20 years of exciting experience in advertising with Lowe Lintas, Ambience Advertising, Thompson Connect (Direct Marketing arm of JWT), UTV in India and then over 9 years in New Zealand heading full services creative agency, including Marketing Head of Haines New Zealand, has been an exciting journey.  She continues to live somewhere up in the clouds - with travel being her daily inspiration. 


When Raga founded Global Village Unlimited New Zealand to support international businesses with their market entry into India it was a story waiting to be written. Red Hot Mirchi consulting (RHM Global) evolved from this and now has strong presence in India, UK, Australasia and the Middle East.  Clients (speakers, performers, trainers, corporate companies, business schools) get the best expertise for personal branding, reputation management, content for conference, summits, conclave through working with Raga and her team. Raga’s extensive knowledge in marketing, branding, CSR, HR and Learning & Development allows her to provide the most effective solution for her clients.


A much in demand speaker herself, Raga is the former Deputy Chair: India New Zealand Business Council for 3 years and the first woman to be ever elected. She has been elected on numerous Boards and continues to share her expertise through this. She is also the South Asian ambassador for Diabetes UK and has made numerous and regular appearances on BBC, Sky TV and Channel 5 discussing the effects of lifestyle and diabetes on South Asian women.

 


Nicola Fenton
Managing Partner

New Zealand born, lived in India and now London based,  Nicola Fenton has been an intricate part of RHM Global's growth into a leading international corporate speakers bureau and corporate speaker marketing agency from our beginnings in New Zealand 8 Years ago. 


With our focus in India, our vision of sharing knowledge through thought leaders, industry experts, game changers, motivational and inspirations speakers is evolving on a day by day basis. Having worked with top management speakers such as Deepak Chopra, Edward de Bono, Stephen Covey and Tom Peters amongst many others across many geographies has been the highlight of our business.


Motivational speakers such as Mark Inglis, the only double amputee to summit Mt Everest continues to inspire not only corporate India but the rest of the world.


As the operations Director Nicola's savvy and strategic thinking enables her to identify the strategic opportunities, build customer confidence, and help them operationalise their ideas.


With extensive expertise and knowledge in emerging markets, Nicola gained her reputation as a successful senior manager in the high-end hospitality sector, international events and marketing consultancy space in the UK, India and New Zealand. Nicola has worked in key strategic senior roles in iconic organisations such as the New Zealand Parliament and the Tate Modern in London.


Nicola approaches life and business with an innovative collaborative focus, thrives on leading change, and is always focused on anticipating customer needs and improving the underlying performance of the business.


A keen traveler, Nicola has both lived and travelled extensively throughout Europe, India, South East Asia, and Australasia.

Reema Sanghavi
Director

Experiential Marketing & Brand Communications being her forte, she firmly believes that marketing programs & events have the greatest impact when they are designed 'Target First', to address the objective a brand wants to achieve. In 2014, she started the USF which works towards woman empowerment & creates awareness towards various women's related issues. Maximus & USF started a revolution called Pinkathon, which has sucessfully empowered & touched the lives of over 1 lac families in India.

Milind Soman
Director

Milind Soman is an Indian Super model, Bollywood & Hollywood Actor as well as a successful  Film Producer. He was the first male supermodel of India. He started his career from a commercial of Thackersey fabrics and since then, there has been no looking back. He went on with big brands like Denim, Griveria Suitings etc before stepping into the Bollywood industry.

Milind Soman has acted in a number of Bollywood movies and tv serials. He turned to prducer stream with his first film Rules : Pyar Ka Superhit Formula’. 

Milind is an avid and a very strong sportsman.  In India, he has been a Limca record holder for running 1,500 km in 30 days time, for greenathon and also the ambassador of Pinkathon, India’s biggest ‘women only’ marathon. In 2015, Milind completed the Ironman challenge in 15 hours and 19 minutes, in his first try.

Milind provide very strong strategic support to the business.

Jaideep Gandhi
Advisor

Mr Jaideep Gandhi is the Chairman and Director of Jaya Advertising. With over 45 years of expertise, his agency covers business interests in Advertising, Marketing Services, Market Research and Advanced Marketing Analytics on Real Estate Development.


Along with creating phenomenal ad campaigns and marketing ideas, Jaideep is actively involved in enhancing the advertising education as a Quality Control Advisor and lecturer at K.C College, Mumbai.

Currently he is serving as the honorary treasurer of the India Chapter of International Advertising Association (IAA), Chairperson of IAA’s Lets Get Real Knowledge Seminar, an executive member of Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) and Chairman of knowledge seminars at Goa Fest as well  as a significant advisor with MCHI CREDAI  and a dynamic jury member with Realty Plus. Jaideep also serves as a consulting editor of DNA - the print medium of ZEE group.
